Received Wrong Item (Incorrect/Missing Item) | We will happily send a new item, and the wrong one can be kept as a gift. |
Package Damaged on Arrival | Send a new item. |
Incorrect Shipping Information | No refund or exchange; we are not responsible for incorrect shipping information. |
Tracking System Indicates Delivered | If tracking shows delivered, it is considered delivered. Please check with your local post office. |
Item Seized by Customs | We will send a new one. |
Other (Please specify in additional notes) | Contact us, and we will do our best to assist you. |
