Thank you for choosing Kates Gift. We strive to provide prompt and reliable delivery of your orders. Below is our shipping policy to help you understand our process.
Delivery Time Frame
The delivery time for orders is divided into two parts:
- Processing Time: 2-5 business days.
- Shipping Time: 10-15 business days.
Note: During high season and sales periods, delivery might take a little longer.
Express Delivery
We offer express delivery (excluding Saturday, Sunday, and Bank Holidays) for orders placed before 19:30 on Monday to Friday. Orders placed after this time will be delivered within two days (excluding Saturday, Sunday, and Bank Holidays).
Customs Fees and Import Duties
Your package may be subject to customs fees and import duties of the destination country. The recipient is responsible for all duties and taxes incurred. We cannot determine these fees during the checkout process.
Shipping Method and Delivery
We typically ship via DHL, UPS, FedEx, EMS, or USPS. The product will be handed to your local post office upon arrival in your country, so delivery times may vary depending on the efficiency of your postal service.
Please do not refuse the package due to customs or tax charges upon delivery. The carrier cannot return the items to us unless these fees are paid. If the package is abandoned in customs, we will not be able to offer a refund.
Incorrect Address
For orders returned due to incorrect or missing address information, shipping fees are non-refundable. We are happy to re-ship the order to you, but additional shipping charges will apply to send the items to the correct address.

Order Tracking
A tracking number will be automatically emailed to you a few days after you place your order. If you receive a shipment notification, please allow 3 to 5 business days for the tracking information to update.

Multiple Shipments
Your order may be split into multiple shipments. If this occurs, you will be notified and receive a tracking number for each separate shipment.
